logic and keeping horses

I built the saddlechariot to exercise the pony. The pony needs to be exercised to stay alive. So I get an animal that has to do something and spend the next seven years building and improving a vehicle so the animal has something to do. So why have I got a pony.

I'm not sure which way this blog is going to go. It could be on the history and culture of chariots , or deviate into the institutional snobbery that infects horsemanship. Cooking will probably feature and I will, as always treat all Gods equally on this blog.
